Mac user may view the videos by installing the appropriate version of 
Microsoft Media Player.

If you are unable to run (EXE) files you may download the (ZIP) format.

You will require an unzipping program such as ZIP-IT, which you may use to
extract the video file from the ZIP file.

Most dances have three files. 

instructionISDN.asf
runthroughISDN.asf
withmusicISDN.asf.

Be sure to store them in a folder that identifies the dance.

Once extracted and stored on your hard drive these may be played with 
Microsoft Media Player.
