Q. If I buy a code and something goes wrong with my internet
connection when I am downloading a dance, do I lose my credits? |
A. You can try to access the dance again. If you use your code
to access the same dance within two hours, credits will not be
deducted a second time. If you should lose credits because of a
computer problem, just email us with the code, dance, date and time.
We will reimburse your lost credits. Please allow a few days.

Q. Is there a time limit on my code? |
A. No.

Q. What do I do when my code runs out of credits? |
A. You can simply buy a new one.

Q. I know your site is secure, but I still don't wish to use a
credit card over the internet, Can I still buy a code? |
A. Yes, Just send us a cheque or postal order for the appropriate
amount, payable to Line Dance Lessons. We will email the code(s)
to you. Please allow a few days. See "Contact Us" for the
address. Payment should be in British Pounds (Sterling), and don't forget to tell
us your email address.

Q. When I try to view a video I get a screen
that starts like this.
<ASX version = "3.0">. What's happening? |
A. Your computer is not set up to run Microsoft
Media Player automatically when it download a page that ends with .asx.
The simplest way to solve this problem is to go to the Microsoft
website and download and install the latest version of Microsoft Media Player
for your PC. Our Problems page has the link you need.
