ORDER CANCELLATION (Video Tapes and Video CDs Only)
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before we despatch, your material, free of charge.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the video material is returned to us unopened. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your video material to Linedance Lessons. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after your code was sent to you by email or webpage without giving a reason, providing the code has not been used to access a Linedance Lesson video page. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after we send you the code.

If you have decided to cancel your order. We will disable your code and then refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in the same condition as you received them. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Linedance Lessons. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

If you are unhappy with our service or product, in the first instance you should e-mail, telephone or write to us. Contact details are provided on out "Contact Us" web page. We will endeavour  to respond to all complaint within five day.

SECURITY
Linedance Lessons does not rely on our own server for security. We use the services of Netbanx Ltd to perform our credit card validation for us. There is no possibility of your credit card details being obtained from us as we never receive or keep this information on our sever.
